Is this an ailment?

For some reason I'm exhausted these evenings. I was watching tv at 9 o clock and my head kept lurching backwards, falling asleep sitting up. And yet, here I am an hour later, messing about, looking at stuff on ebay and posting pointless posts. Why have I not gone to bed?

Why else do you think GB and I were both on here at 4am Sunday morning when we should both have been sleeping?

  2. I have the same problem, it turns about half nine and I start thinking "shit, 7 hours till I'm up for work", goes on till about half ten, eleven when I get into bed and then feel under pressure to go to sleep

  3. you're a mother of two, so maybe like me at ten oclock when the kids are asleep you are not too keen on going to bed.....then it's 3am or whatever and time for the next feed!

  5. God, what is cancer-related fatigue??

I heard before that less than six or more than eight hours is bad for you. I think in my natural state I'd like about 9 or 10.

I do find it hard to go to sleep, much as I love sleeping, knowing I'll be woken fairly soon, either by my husband's snoring, my baby or my daughter. At least the baby is regualr, and actually very good. Still wrecked though!

  6. I manage and can function quite well with 6 to 7 per night broken up in the middle with a feed for the little one.

Even though it's added 20 years to my appearance.

  7. Here I am again, staying up too late. The PC gets you hooked even when we should be in land of nod.

    I love the picture btw.
