The spotlight

Don't let me say I told you so, but I told you so. We've been shortlisted for Best Group Blog at the 2008 Irish Blog Awards. I really can't say how much this means to all the LBPs present but on behalf of us all, thank you to all the judges who came our way, liked what they saw and will now have to come our way again in the second round of judging.

We're up against some of the leading lights in the game and some very high profile blogs you may have read about in the media in the last year. It's been lovely to get this far and now we have to discuss disguises for the night and which, if any, of us are willing to go up and accept :)

You're all brilliant!

A special shout out too to our current and former LBPs Midget Wrangler, McaWilliams and Raptureponies for their shortlistings too!

EDIT Yes I should have read Shan's posting from 10 minutes ago. I was just so damned excited
