I have a friend of 15 years called Steven.
But the thing is I still don't know whether he's a Stephen or Steven, and it's about 14 and 3/4 years too late to ask.
One of these days I'm gonna get caught out.

Could you not just bring it up about the different way's people spell their name. Especially nowadays people like to spell their name's in a distinctive way
