I'm sure I've posted on this before: when you find a song that fills you with emotion as if it's attached to some epic love story, but it's not. It's just a song from the past, with no memory whatsoever attached. Hungry heart is one such song. It was brought back to the forefront of my mind after Brucey took over Dublin last week and I've been listening to it on repeat ever since. It makes me feel like a sunny summer day brimming with activity, excitement and emotion.

I also have a strange capacity to listen to the same song over and over. In fact, whenever I find a song that captures my soul, I end up listening to it on repeat for hours. Once is never enough.

  1. I'm like that with songs every day Milan, particularly when there's emotional significance involved. They loop and loop in my head for hours and days sometimes.
