I am queen of the stuck record thought, that takes me over and distracts me from everything else. Especially if it's confrontational, and I did or said something I shouldn't or should do or say something more or.. you know the way.
Any tips for just letting it go?

ReplyDeleteWish I did too Jo but that happens to me all too often. I just try to let it go as i see it as being destructive for me. Easier said than done.
