So, following on from this surprisingly popular post, this week is World Suicide Prevention Week and today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Spare a thought today for all those who have lost someone to suicide or who are suffering so much that they are considering it themselves.
Thankfully, in this day and age, there is always somewhere to turn, whether it's the Samaritans or Aware or even your GP, someone will listen and help you get through the hard times.
