Short post
Feile. Thurles. 90-splash. A melee of drunken people. I was offered half an acid tablet. It fell off my tongue. I took it as a sign. That was my first and last experience with drugs.

Oh that's classic...but definately a sign! It's a real "you" moment!
ReplyDeleteHah, Milan, yes, me too - did a tab with my then boyfirend, now husband, but foolishly not til we got back to the tent. He fell asleep saying 'watch the colours' - I could see no feckin colours. woke up next day with a serious pain in my jaw from grinding but had no other effects. You can tell who got the good half. Never again!
ReplyDeleteWell as my mum reads this, I will refrain from commenting.... Drugs are bad, MMMMKAY.
ReplyDeleteWell, at least if you're going to do something, do it well. I'm so embarrassed by my experience!
ReplyDeleteVery much you Milan. I remember the first joint I smoked at the grand old age of 30. Ate a full tub of Smarties ice cream and nothing ever tasted so good before or since.
ReplyDeleteNever did more than that a couple of times. I must be hanging around with the wrong people, or the right ones depending on your point of view.
Our car was raided by the drugs squad at Feile. Stripped by customs on another occasion up in Donegal when we went surfing. And my Debs was busted too. Maybe they're just following me around. I hasten to add I have no convictions.....your honour.
