Is anyone else slightly freaked out by mannequins? I find them a bit scary and discomforting. They look like people, people who are stuck and can't move or talk and are covered in plastic but you know that inside them there's still a person. I'm telling you it's true. They look at me every time I pass them, pleading me to help them out of their suffering but I don't know how.

I always think they look like symbols of oppressed women.. So I find htem freaky for that reason, especially when they're left headless. It would be interesting to do a comparison of mannikins over hte last 50 years, to see how our body images are being manipulated.
Jesus you really have a lot of issues Milan, why dont you start a campaign to save the dummies, and bring hammers into stores to smash them open.
