Hangover's

Why at the giddy age of 39 does it now take me the best part of three days to get over a hangover? where oh where have those days gone when it was ok to go clubbing all night, go home have a quick shower and go to work and then go out the next evening too... perhaps it isn't my age? maybe I just had a dodgy beer

    Ah the ole dodgy beer excuse, nah I find 2 beers and I am fucked the next day, although I do think its a midlife thing cause I see people who are older able to drink all night and feel great the next day, so I do think its got something to do with our age but we will grow out of it!

    I have given up drinking beer. Now I only drink Vodka. Works too :)

    ahh now you see Idiot a friend of mine has that theory and swears by Vodka and red bull- however I think the red bull is vile stuff may have to just try Vodka- I think it's because I don't drink enough , Im a typical binge drinker don't drink for weeks and then drink my years quota in one night
